Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Accountant with a strong background in managing purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement accounting and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable related to procurement activities.
Prepare financial reports and analyze procurement data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be currently residing in Qatar.
