Senior Audit Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading and managing our engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of audit processes.
• Evaluate and analyse financial operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement audit strategies and plans to ensure effective risk management.
• Provide constructive recommendations to enhance performance and improve controls.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the highest levels of service and quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in external auditing, with a proven track record in managing complex audit engagements.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience with multinational companies or in a leading professional environment is a plus.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
