General Role
Responsible for overseeing and aligning administrative strategies with ministerial goals, ensuring efficient
governance and policy implementation in the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic administrative frameworks.
• Coordinate with the management to align administrative functions with strategic objectives.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive review.
Required Experience
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in administrative leadership roles, including at least 3 years of experience
in a governmental entity within the State of Qatar.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and Administration development.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
