Academic Consultant / Professor (Research & Policy Development)

Job Description

We are inviting applications from distinguished Academic Consultants or University Professors to collaborate on a strategic social research assignment related to family development, women’s empowerment, and child well-being in the context of social and digital transformation.

The selected expert will:

• Design and supervise applied studies and analytical reports in the fields of family, women, and child development.
• Develop policy-oriented research and evidence-based recommendations supporting social transformation and digital inclusion.
• Contribute to building frameworks and indicators for measuring social and family well-being.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Professorship in Sociology, Social Policy, Family Studies, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of academic or research experience.
• Proven background in social research, policy analysis, and report preparation.
• Experience in the Arab region or GCC context is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
