Job Description

We are seeking to hire a highly experienced Administrative & Financial Consultant to support strategic initiatives, organizational development, financial advisory services, and operational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized administrative, financial, and strategic consulting services.
  • Deliver professional advisory support in organizational development, change management, human resources, training, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Analyze organizational and financial data to support planning, target setting, strategic development, and workflow design.
  • Prepare professional reports, memorandums, and advisory opinions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support decision-makers by providing relevant data, strategic recommendations, and practical solutions.
  • Prepare and review specialized financial and administrative reports and memorandums.
  • Deliver financial consultations and advisory services on assigned topics and business matters.
  • Monitor developments in administrative and financial solutions, systems, and best practices, and recommend suitable improvements aligned with business needs.
  • Review observations raised by regulatory entities and provide professional responses supported by appropriate legal and regulatory references.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
  • Internationally recognized professional certifications related to the role are required, such as:CPE or AICP (Planning Certifications)
  • CCMP (Change Management)
  • CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent professional qualifications.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, strategic planning, human capital development, and financial consulting.
  • Proven track record of achievements in advisory and consulting environments.
  • Previous consulting experience within large institutional or regulated environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in accounting, budgeting, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to the role, including human resources regulations, procurement procedures, and tendering frameworks.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, planning, and KPI management skills.
  • Strong legal and regulatory awareness with the ability to provide professionally supported advisory opinions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and strategic documentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare strategic frameworks, organizational recommendations, and executive-level reports.
  • Broad awareness of local, regional, and international developments related to management and financial consulting practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Requirements

  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
  • Good understanding of technical project terminology related to systems, software, networking, and engineering/construction environments is preferred.
