Preparation of client’s full set of Financial Statements such as balance sheet, statement of profit or loss to reflect the true economic substance of the entity ensuring accurate recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure in accordance with applicable IFRS requirement. Evaluate and asses the effectiveness of their internal control system to ensure reduced risks of errors and frauds. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all staff, ensuring accuracy in salary computation, statutory deductions and timely salary disbursement. Provides financial and taxation advise on the business structures, plans and operation. Process receivable and revenue collection function including posting invoices, collection, recording customer receipts and following up on outstanding invoices periodically Process payable invoices and expense claims for payment by matching and verifying with purchase order, requisitions, supporting documents and vendor statement and receipts Overseeing and generating GL entries for bank deposit, wholesale transaction adjustments and inter-company transactions Record monthly intercompany transactions and reconciled period end balances.
