We are seeking an experienced Financial Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
Previous experience working with government entities in financial budgeting and variance monitoring.
Previous experience working with government entities in financial control, development, and digital transformation.
Professional certifications in accounting such as CMA, CA, ACCA, CPA.
Master’s degree in Management or Accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, qualify, and train department employees on providing technical opinions on accounting-related matters.
Provide consultations and necessary support to department employees regarding the study and final design of accounting programs.
Provide consultations and necessary support to department employees regarding the study of reports and projects, and give accounting and financial opinions on them.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees in developing and providing technical support for electronic financial programs.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to monitor account entry and expenditure operations.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to monitor performance and identify deviations in financial operations.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to monitor budget deviations, identify their causes, and make adjustments.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to audit the operations of financial programs.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to work on Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and Hyperion systems.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees on monitoring and adjusting the cash plan in the Hyperion system.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees on monitoring and analyzing deviations in financial systems and making necessary adjustments.
Supervise, qualify, and train department employees to provide consultations that support decision-making processes.
Perform any other advisory or training tasks as assigned.
