Mustapha Nafaa, is a Senior Industrial Engineer (1996) having a Master of Project Management (2003), and has experience across multiple industries (Healthcare, Telecommunication, Construction, Banking, Automotive, IT Consultancy, and Business Consultancy) and countries (Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya).

Mustapha is a recognized professional of project, program, and portfolio management (P3M) with top-ranked certificates in Portfolio (PfMP®, 2015), Program (PgMP®, 2015), Agile (PMI–ACP®, 2016), Project (PMP®, 2007), Risk Management (PMI–RMP®, 2016) and Microsoft Office Project (MCTS®, 2009), and he is an IRCA Registered Quality Auditor (ISO–9001®, 1998).

Mustapha is a self-starter, fast-learner, self-motivated, project scientist, agilist, servant leader, lean thinker, and a change maker. He is the founder of two start-ups (Tunis, 2004 – 2017 and Dubai, 2015 – 2017), and is considered a pioneer in Tunisia for having promoted PMI standards and practices of project management and taught PMP® courses since 2004.
