We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all visitors and callers are greeted with a warm and courteous welcome, reflecting the high standards of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and government officials with professionalism and respect.
Manage and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Provide clear and accurate information in both Arabic and English to all inquiries.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is always presentable and aligned with government protocols.
Coordinate appointments and schedules for meetings, and provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Residency: The candidate must be a current resident of Qatar.
Professional Skills: Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a governmental setting.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a government or public sector environment is an advantage.
