We are seeking a qualified and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of our front desk, ensuring excellent service and a smooth experience for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high standards of service.
Lead and train front desk staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently in both Arabic and English.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Maintain records, schedules, and reports related to front desk activities.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Residency: The candidate must currently reside in Qatar.
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role at the front desk or in a related field is preferred.
Professional Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
