Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human resources financial auditing, payroll management, budgeting, and Qatari Human Resources Law. The role requires strong analytical, advisory, and reporting skills, with the ability to support management through accurate financial and HR-related consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train staff on preparing self-service transactions.
• Train employees on preparing end-of-service benefits calculations.
• Review monthly promotions for employees.
• Review monthly payroll for employees.
• Review and verify payments of allowances and bonuses.
• Calculate and review any financial differences affecting employees’ salaries.
• Participate in preparing the annual budget for the first chapter budget.
• Prepare official correspondence and requests regarding budget reinforcements or transfers between first chapter budget items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, payroll, HR financial operations, and first chapter budgeting.
• Extensive experience in all Human Resources Department functions and responsibilities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with financial auditing experience within courts or judicial institutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Qatari Human Resources Law.

Required Skills:

• Strong auditing, reporting review, financial analysis, and HR studies preparation skills.
• Ability to provide legally supported HR consultations and reports.
• Excellent research and information gathering skills for decision-making studies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
• Excellent professional report writing and presentation skills.
