General Role
Responsible for driving the execution of business strategies and operational plans, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives.
• Monitor execution progress and report on performance metrics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support change management and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in business operations or strategy execution, including at least 3 years in
a governmental role within the State of Qatar.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
