Senior Reporting Specialist

Job Description

General Role
Responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive reporting frameworks that support
strategic decision-making and performance monitoring in the ministry. The role promotes evidence-based
governance and ensures alignment with national priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain reporting systems that reflect government strategies and sectoral objectives.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for senior officials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting practices.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools to support strategic oversight.
• Contribute to public policy formulation through data-driven reporting and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with government planning cycles and reporting mandates.

Required Experience
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in strategic reporting or performance analysis, including at least 3 years in
a role within a Qatari government entity.
• Experience in aligning local reporting systems with international standards and benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of government planning processes and reporting requirements.
• Background in policy impact analysis and strategic communication with government stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
