Senior Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, revenue cycle, and costing analysis.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
– Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as: CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA (UK), CPA (US), CMA, MBA (Finance) or M.Com.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including:3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management & Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounting.
– 5+ years in revenue management, capacity analysis, and costing in Qatar.
– 5+ years of accounting experience in the hospital/healthcare sector.
– 3+ years of accounting experience with governmental healthcare organizations in Qatar or GCC countries.
– Proven experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle Management, and Costing in Oracle EBS.
– Experience in closing books of accounts, financial reporting, and working with internationally accepted accounting standards.
– Knowledge of the Arabic language is an added advantage.
Skills Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience working with recognized ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, etc.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
