Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Senior Accounting Expert to join our Consulting Team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and government-related projects, with the ability to support institutional performance improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management and accounting activities.
• Prepare and monitor government-related financial budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Provide advisory support in financial oversight, development, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting and auditing standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
• Proven experience working with government entities in budget preparation, financial monitoring, and oversight.
• Previous exposure to financial control, development projects, and digital transformation.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Must be based in Qatar with a valid residence permit.
