Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Policy and Performance Development Consultant to provide expert advisory and support in policy formulation, institutional performance improvement, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of institutional policies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and oversee performance management frameworks to monitor and evaluate organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on policy reforms, operational improvements, and capacity building.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform evidence-based decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations, and training sessions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic consulting, policy development, or institutional performance management.
- Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and government or large institutional clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
