We are currently seeking a highly experienced Strategy Expert to join our team and play a key role in shaping and evaluating strategic directions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and evaluate strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with national vision and sector strategies.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure institutional and strategic performance.
- Provide advisory support and strategic insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate strategic workshops to identify challenges, analyze gaps, and design solutions.
- Track implementation progress, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure integration of operational initiatives with long-term strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, or Economics (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in strategic planning, performance evaluation, and advisory roles, preferably within governmental or semi-governmental environments.
- Deep knowledge of strategic planning tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to align operational activities with long-term vision and sectoral strategies.
- Strong leadership skills in managing workshops and consulting sessions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar.
