Building Operations Supervisor

Job Description

General Role
Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of government buildings, ensuring maintenance, safety, and
service delivery standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee building maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
* Supervise on-site staff and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
* Support audits and inspections related to building operations.
* Maintain documentation and reporting for building performance.

Required Experience
* Minimum 18+ years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
* Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
