Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, monitoring, reporting, and operational coordination across multiple assignments and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor procurement plans and prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and progress tracking reports for each project.
- Provide management with regular and ad-hoc updates regarding project status, progress, risks, and performance indicators.
- Prepare quarterly management reports covering procurement plans, project status, KPI evaluation, project deviations, and recommendations for operational and process
- improvements.
- Develop spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, process maps, and visual reports illustrating project workflows and progress.
- Ensure projects commence on schedule and are executed according to approved timelines.
- Monitor team activities and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all assigned tasks.
- Support market research activities, data collection, benchmarking exercises, and comparative evaluations.
- Standardize project tracking procedures and workflows using structured templates and smart operational tools.
- Establish and organize project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting procedures while supporting knowledge transfer and training initiatives for project teams.
- Assist in building a structured and high-performing project management and reporting environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or any related discipline.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
- Additional professional certifications in procurement, planning, or related fields such as CPE or AICP are considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project management, project reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, procurement processes, and tendering procedures.
- Previous experience handling multiple assignments under pressure and within strict deadlines.
- Experience in procurement cycle management, financial analysis, feasibility studies, market studies, budgeting, or change management is highly preferred.
- Prior consulting experience or experience working with large institutional environments is considered an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and process modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills with the ability to clearly present updates, project stages, risks, and recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills in Arabic with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and professional presentation software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and provide practical guidance to improve workflow efficiency.
- Strong training and knowledge transfer capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates aged 40 years or below.
- Commitment to professional work standards and official working hours.
- Good understanding of technical project terminology related to systems, software, networking, and engineering/construction environments is preferred.
