Carpenter (Furniture & General Maintenance)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, assemble, and install custom wooden furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and partitions.
• Perform routine and emergency carpentry maintenance tasks (repairing broken doors, locks, furniture, hinges, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to meet client and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, and other related materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure all finished work is of high quality, safe, and adheres to company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter specializing in furniture making and general maintenance.
• Proficiency in using woodworking hand and power tools (saws, routers, drills, sanders, etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.
