Job Description

We are seeking experienced Wastewater Treatment Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of sewage treatment plant systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) processes and equipment.
  • Monitor pumps, blowers, filters, valves, tanks, and other plant equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic operational and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor operating parameters and report any abnormalities or equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate daily operational records and reports.
  • Follow operating procedures and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions within the treatment plant.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in STP/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
  • Minimum 3 years of GCC work experience.
  • Currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID).
